Todd Mehall is a Fort Worth, Texas-based energy industry investor and business leader. He has served as the president of Oak Savanna Investments, in Fort Worth since 2011, during which time he has advised on more than $200 million worth of investments. He expanded his business activities in 2024 by co-founding HillCap Partners. As the chief executive officer of HillCap Partners, Todd Mehall overseaw all opportunity sourcing and business development operations.

Mr. Mehall previously worked in the energy industry for nearly a decade, serving as the chief investment officer at Tug Hill. During this time, he co-founded Tug Hill Operating, LLC, and several Tug Hill Affiliates. Under his leadership, the organization invested over $1 billion in internal capital and family office partner investments, managed a multi-billion-dollar private equity fund, and the company sold over $5 billion in assets.

Mr. Mehall gained further leadership experience in the industry during his time as the president of Palladium Energy Development. The company emphasized the origination, acquisition, and development of various energy infrastructure projects throughout the United States.

Todd Mehall was the president of the Entrepreneur Society at the University of Texas in Austin, as well as a venture intern at Sanchez Capital Partners. In addition to his master of business administration in entrepreneurship, he holds a mechanical engineering degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
